During the study, dogs were diagnosed with the following helminthic diseases: toxocariasis, echinococcosis, uncinariosis, trichuriasis, capillariosis, dipilidiosis, which took the form of mono and mixed invasions. The aim of this study was to identify the intensity of helminth infestation of dogs of different ages and methods of keeping. Materials and methods. Experimental studies were conducted during 2018–2020 on the basis of the laboratory “Innovative technologies and safety and quality of livestock products” and “Veterinary Pharmacy” of the Department of Veterinary Examination, Microbiology, Zoohygiene and Safety and Quality of Livestock Products; epizootology and parasitology of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of Sumy National Agrarian University. In cities and villages, faecal samples were taken from dogs, taking into account the method of keeping (tethered or untethered) and their use (office, hunting, decorative, etc.), which were placed in airtight containers, labeled samples and sent to the laboratory for the research. The object of clinical and laboratory research were dogs aged one to seven years, admitted to veterinary clinics in the period from 2018 to 2020, with suspected helminthic diseases. Testing of dogs was performed by collecting medical history and clinical examination. Results. According to the results of the research, it was established that among helminthic diseases during 2018–2020 the following diseases were registered: toxocariasis, cestodes, uncinariosis of dogs. Among the blood-parasitic diseases for the period 2018–2020 were diagnosed with heartworm disease, babesiosis of dogs. Among ectoparathyroidism, the laboratory diagnosed demodectic mange, otodectosis, canine sarcoptosis, and carnivorous syphonepterosis. A total of 513 surveys were conducted in 2018, of which 80 were positive; for 2019–509, of which positive – 58; for 2020 – 488, of which 62 are positive. Conclusions. Intestinal helminthiasis has been found to account for the lowest proportion (11 %) of carnivorous parasitic diseases compared to blood parasitic diseases (19 %) and ectoparasitosis (70 %), but they are of great interest for study because of their significant epidemiological significance and may be the cause of disease in humans. It has been proven that helminthic diseases of dogs run as mixed invasion, and a minority of cases 31.7 % of cases run as mono invasion. Of the total number of patients with helminthic diseases, 73.4 % of the total number of animals were accompanied by other diseases of infectious and non-infectious etholog

Improving lifecycle query in integrated toolchains using linked data and MQTT-based data warehousing

The development of increasingly complex IoT systems requires large engineering environments. These environments generally consist of tools from different vendors and are not necessarily integrated well with each other. In order to automate various analyses, queries across resources from multiple tools have to be executed in parallel to the engineering activities. In this paper, we identify the necessary requirements on such a query capability and evaluate different architectures according to these requirements. We propose an improved lifecycle query architecture, which builds upon the existing Tracked Resource Set (TRS) protocol, and complements it with the MQTT messaging protocol in order to allow the data in the warehouse to be kept updated in real-time. As part of the case study focusing on the development of an IoT automated warehouse, this architecture was implemented for a toolchain integrated using RESTful microservices and linked data.Comment: 12 pages, worksho

Linked Data Architecture for Plan Execution in Distributed CPS

International audienceFuture cyber-physical systems (CPS) require their components to perform autonomously. To do that safely and efficiently, CPS components will need access to the global state of the whole CPS. These components will require near real-time updates to a subset of the global state to react to changes in the environment. A particular challenge is to monitor state updates from the distributed CPS components: one needs to ensure that only states consistent with the PDDL plan execution semantics can be observed within the system. In order to guarantee that, a component to monitor plan execution is proposed. Microservices based on Linked Data technologies are used to provide a uniform way to access component states, represented as Resource Description Framework (RDF) resources. To ensure the correct ordering of state updates , we present an extension of the OASIS OSLC TRS protocol. Specifically, we strengthen the ordering guarantees of state change events and introduce inlining of the state with the events to prevent state mismatch at the dereferencing stage

Efficient State Update Exchange in a CPS Environment for Linked Data-based Digital Twins

International audienceThis paper addresses the problem of reducing the number of messages needed to exchange state updates between the Cyber-Physical System (CPS) components that integrate with the rest of the CPS through Digital Twins in order to maintain uniform communication interface and carry out their tasks correctly and safely. The main contribution is a proposed architecture and the discussion of its suitability to support correct execution of complex tasks across the CPS. A new State Event Filtering component is presented to provide event-based communication among Digital Twins that are based on the Linked Data principles while keeping the fan-out limited to ensure the scalability of the architecture

The article substantiates the expediency of studying the role of stakeholders in the formation and implementation of corporate social strategy within the activities of corporations in the metallurgical industry in the Ukraine. The important role of the state, as a stakeholder, in establishing effective relations with corporations in the implementation of Ukraine's sustainable development strategy has been proved. The purpose of the article is to determine the capabilities of the state and its impact on the implementation and development of corporate social responsibility strategy in corporations of the metallurgical industry of the Ukraine. The information is based on the reports of Metinvest Corporation, DTEK and the CSR Development Center. The article identifies state economic and marketing incentives for the development of socially responsible behavior of corporations in the metallurgical industry. The analysis of the directions of the corporate social responsibility strategy of Metinvest and DTEK is carried out, and the comparative characteristic of the ways of ecological responsibility of corporations is conducted. The regional features of the formation of the strategy of social responsibility for multinational corporations are determined. The conclusions indicate that the level of interaction of metallurgical corporations with stakeholders is still at a low level, but areas (projects) of corporate social responsibility for the implementation of state national programs have already been formed
